Founded in 2012 EZCarsales has been working in the motor industry to provide a very customer focused car buying experience offering a low pressure sales approach to all its customer and a great quality used car.
When meeting customers this is done by appointment, as EZCarsales is run by one person sometimes it is necessary to be out running errands. With a one to one sale I also feel it is that little bit more personalised which is what we I aim for with my business.
In sourcing our stock and preparing our cars for sale we do everything in my power to ensure that they are fit for purpose, maintained as well as they can be, test driven for at least 150 miles and as clean & shiny as possible to ensure you are getting as much value for money as possible.
In a quest to capture feedback from our customers we have always asked customers to leave their feedback on our Facebook page. This has allowed us to really gauge our customers on how they felt their customer experience was both pre sale (picking up the phone) and post sale (if any niggles or questions were to come to light).
And finally as well doing all the business process I also do all the valeting too (sometimes with help) to put the final stamp on all of my cars. I really do like to go the extra mile by keeping up to date with all the latest processes and trends.
